Cannot recommend Abi enough. We thoroughly enjoyed her mindfulness workshop. Abi was so welcoming and kind and we took lots of useful concepts home with us. Thank you!

I recently took my daughter to Abigail's Mindfulness taster workshop. We both had a fun and enlightening time. Her energy and creative ideas were highly motivating and eye-opening. Even just the taster workshop was beneficial to my daughter, helping her to cope with the stresses and challenges that modern life brings with it.

I attended this course with my seven-year-old grandson. It was a lovely experience and very special to have that time with him. Beneficial for us both!

Abigail weaves together various activities that are light but actually get the children sitting quietly, paying attention to their breathing and tuning into their body in creative ways.

MINDFULNESS PLAY WORKSHOPS

With playfulness at heart, these one-off mindfulness workshops offer children the chance to lead by choosing a mindfulness 'challenge' from a deck of cards. This gives a flavour of spontaneity and means no two workshops will ever be the same. The themes of the challenges are: 1.) Start the Workshop, 2.) Find Calm, 3.) Focus, 4.) Open Your Heart, 5.) Rest and Relax.

Abigail is a great facilitator and lovely soul. My daughter and I have taken away tools and ideas to help us in our everyday lives. I have started meditating at home and my daughter has volunteered to be a mental health advocate at school. She has definitely been positively influenced by these classes and her confidence boosted.

The pick-a-card session really flowed, gave new ideas and a new perspective on how mindfulness can be used; especially how children can utilise it in a variety of ways. I was so happy that my 8 year old son enjoyed the session as he was definitely sceptical the night before! He would love to do more with this and has used his meditation pebble a couple of times already.

My 7 year old son and I have been going along to Abi's sessions at Torre Abbey - we both really enjoy them and my son in particular hates to miss any. Love that we make something to take away and use each time and that its such a relaxed and friendly space.

Anna, Mum of 2, Facebook

I really enjoyed the opportunity to take time out and learn about meditation, watching my son engage with the emotions was amazing.

Mindfulness Jenga was completely engaging and thought-provoking for the children and their parents / carers. A brilliant way of taking a moment to focus on the now.

What a clever and wonderful way to help children experience the benefits of mindfulness through the fun of a traditional game.
