About
YOU
Planning your wedding ceremony is less about me and more about YOU.

To ensure a rapturous celebration of you and your unique love story, there will be some (pretty fun) work to do - so I'm all about the two-way process. We'll only get out what we put in.
What you might want
A totally joyous ceremony that celebrates all things YOU

Content that embraces your personality and unique story

To get married in an unusual place like your local pub, a forest glade, a shopping centre, a clifftop!

To celebrate your shared values and visions
To involve family, friends, surprise guests – even pets!
A way of including a ritual like ring-warming or hand-fasting
To invent your very own ritual aligned with your hobbies and passions (I’m a creative type so I can help you with this)
To make use of music either recorded or live – maybe even a sing-song if that fits for you!
To create a moving experience with warmth and energy at the heart
To make memories that guests will talk about for years to come
What you won't want
A dry, off-the-shelf ceremony
A generic script with ‘insert names here’
Somebody leading your ceremony who you’ve never even met
To replicate a civil ceremony that’s been done thousands of times before
To bore your guests rigid
Two-way Process
If you choose me as your wedding celebrant, it's the start of something very special. We'll commit to planning this ceremony TOGETHER.

I will create the most wonderful ceremony for you but can only work with what you give me. That's the bit where you come in, but don't worry - I've got your back:
I'll give you some fun questionnaires up front, which will help gather all of the info we need to plan your ceremony
I’ll make sure you’ve got a digital bank of helpful resources which will include ideas for readings, guidance on writing wedding vows etc
We’ll have an in-depth chat about the vibes and energy you’re after. See My Approach for more on this
Although I’ll write the main script, you’ll be able to add and edit until you’re completely happy with it
This might sound like a lot of work but believe me, the end result will be worth it.
