  • Join a paid membership

  • Book a workshop, event or one-to-one session

  • Access any digital material I provide

Please read these Terms before making a purchase. By placing an order, joining a membership, making a booking or using paid material, you agree to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms affects the legal rights you have as a consumer.

2. About me

This website is operated by Abigail Yardimci.

Where products or services are sold through my publishing company, the contracting business is:

Soft Rebel Publishing Ltd
Company number: 13199012
Registered office: 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU

Email: info@abigailyardimci.com
Website: www.abigailyardimci.com

In these Terms, “I”, “me” and “my” refer to Abigail Yardimci and, where applicable, Soft Rebel Publishing Ltd.

3. Using this website

You may use this website for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes.

You must not:

  • Copy, reproduce or republish substantial parts of the website without permission

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, customer accounts or associated systems

  • Introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful material

  • Use the website in a way that could damage its operation or interfere with another person’s use of it

  • Use my name, brand, materials or content in a misleading or unauthorised way

  • Use website content to train, supply or develop an artificial intelligence system without my written permission

I may suspend or restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance or misuse.

4. Information on this website

I take reasonable care to ensure that information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, occasional mistakes may occur, and information may be changed or updated.

Images, colours and previews of products may appear slightly different depending on the device or screen being used.

Any descriptions of future products, courses, memberships or services are provided for general information. A binding contract is only formed when I accept an order or booking.

5. Making a purchase

Products and services may be sold through this website, Wix, Systeme.io, Strip, PayPal or another clearly identified checkout provider.

Before completing a purchase, you will be shown relevant information including:

  • The main features of the product or service

  • The price and any applicable taxes

  • Any additional charges

  • Payment arrangements

  • Delivery or access arrangements

  • The length of any membership or subscription

  • Renewal and cancellation information

  • Any particular conditions applying to the purchase

You are responsible for checking that the details you provide are accurate.

After placing an order, you should receive an email acknowledging or confirming it. A contract is formed when I send confirmation that your order or booking has been accepted, or when I make the purchased product or service available to you.

I reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where:

  • A product or service is unavailable

  • An incorrect price or description has been displayed

  • Payment has not been authorised

  • I reasonably suspect fraud or misuse

  • I am unable to fulfil the order for another legitimate reason

If I cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled item or service.

6. Prices and payment

Prices will be displayed in Pounds Sterling unless stated otherwise.

The price payable is the price shown at checkout when you place your order. Any taxes, delivery charges or additional fees will be shown before you complete payment.

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. I do not normally receive or store your full payment-card details.

For memberships, payment plans or subscriptions, you authorise the relevant payment provider to collect recurring payments at the frequency shown at checkout until the plan is cancelled or ends.

You are responsible for keeping your payment and contact information up to date.

7. Books and other physical products

Where I sell physical books or other physical products directly, the applicable delivery charge and estimated delivery information will be shown before purchase.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, I will aim to deliver physical goods without undue delay and within 30 days of the order being accepted.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. I am not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside my reasonable control, although I will take reasonable steps to resolve delivery problems.

You become responsible for a physical product when it is delivered to you or to someone you have nominated to receive it.

Cancelling an order for physical goods:

Consumers will normally have the right to cancel an online order for physical goods within 14 days beginning the day after the goods are received.

After telling me that you wish to cancel, you will normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning unwanted goods unless:

  • The goods are faulty

  • They were incorrectly supplied

  • The product description stated that I would pay the return cost

  • I agree otherwise

Returned goods should be kept in reasonable condition. I may make a lawful deduction from a refund if the goods have been handled beyond what would reasonably be permitted when examining them in a shop.

Some goods may be excluded from the right to cancel, including clearly personalised or made-to-order products, where the law permits.

This section does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or not fit for purpose.

8. Digital products and downloads

Digital products may include e-books, audio recordings, guided practices, journal prompts, worksheets, templates, videos, apps, artwork and other downloadable or online materials.

Digital products are licensed to you for your own personal use. Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the copyright or other intellectual property rights to you.

You must not:

  • Share download links or account access with another person

  • Copy or distribute the material except for your own reasonable personal use

  • Upload the material to another website or platform

  • Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the material

  • Remove copyright notices or branding

  • Claim the material as your own

Immediate access and cancellation rights:

Where you request immediate access to digital content during the statutory cancellation period, the checkout process may ask you to:

  1. Expressly agree that delivery or access can begin immediately

  2. Acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once delivery of the digital content has begun

Where the required agreement and acknowledgement have been obtained, you may lose the right to cancel simply because you have changed your mind after the digital content has been supplied.

This does not affect your legal rights where digital content is faulty, misdescribed, unavailable or not supplied with reasonable care.

Please contact me if you experience a technical problem accessing a digital purchase. I will take reasonable steps to provide replacement access or another appropriate remedy.

9. Online courses

Course details, including the course format, content, dates, duration and period of access, will be described on the relevant sales page.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Course access is for the purchaser only

  • Login details must not be shared

  • Course materials may be downloaded only where a download option is provided

  • Recordings and materials must not be copied, republished or distributed

  • Completion of a course does not provide a regulated or professionally recognised qualification

I may make reasonable changes to course material to correct errors, improve the course or keep information current. Any change will not materially reduce the course you purchased.

Cancelling a course purchase:

Where a course is purchased online, you will normally have a statutory 14-day cancellation period beginning on the day after the contract is made.

Where you ask for a live course or service to begin during that period, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for any service already provided before cancellation.

Where a course consists of digital content made available immediately, the digital-content cancellation provisions in section 8 may apply.

Any additional cancellation or refund terms specific to a course will be clearly displayed before purchase.

10. Paid memberships

A membership may include emails, voice notes, audio recordings, videos, written reflections, journal prompts, live sessions, community access, social media spaces, downloads or other material described on the relevant membership page.

The exact membership benefits may develop over time. I may make reasonable changes to the format, schedule or content, provided that the overall membership continues to offer substantially the service described when you joined.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Membership is for one person

  • Access and login details must not be shared

  • Membership material is for personal use only

  • Material must not be copied, republished, sold or distributed

  • Unused benefits do not roll over or create a cash entitlement

Membership payments and renewals:

The price, billing frequency and any minimum term will be shown before you subscribe.

A recurring membership will automatically renew and payment will be collected at the stated intervals until you cancel it.

I will give reasonable notice of any increase in the membership price. You will be able to cancel before the increased price takes effect.

Cancelling your membership:

You may cancel a recurring membership through your account, using the cancellation method provided at sign-up, or by emailing info@abigailyardimci.com

Unless otherwise required by law or stated at checkout:

  • Cancellation stops future renewal payments

  • You will normally retain access until the end of the billing period already paid for

  • Cancelling does not ordinarily produce a partial refund for the unused part of the current billing period

Your statutory cancellation rights may still apply when you first join. Where membership material or services are made available during the statutory cancellation period at your request, any refund may take account of what has already been supplied, where legally permitted.

I may end or suspend a membership if:

  • Payment remains overdue

  • Membership access is shared

  • Materials are copied or redistributed

  • Another member or participant is harassed

  • Community rules are seriously or repeatedly broken

  • Continued access would create a legal, safeguarding or security risk

Where reasonably possible, I will explain the reason and allow an opportunity to resolve the issue. No refund will be due where access is ended because of serious or repeated misuse, except where the law requires otherwise.

If I permanently close a paid membership, I will give reasonable notice and refund any payment covering a period after the membership ends.

11. Live workshops, events and group sessions

The date, time, location, platform, duration and content of a live event will be stated on the relevant booking page.

You are responsible for:

  • Joining at the correct time

  • Checking the applicable time zone

  • Having a suitable internet connection and device for an online session

  • Providing a working email address so that joining information can be delivered

If you do not attend a session that goes ahead as advertised, you will not normally be entitled to a refund.

Any event-specific cancellation policy shown at the time of booking forms part of these Terms.

Changes or cancellation by me:

I may need to change the date, time, venue, platform or facilitator because of illness, insufficient bookings, technical problems or another circumstance outside my reasonable control.

Where a material change is made, I will offer an appropriate alternative, credit or refund.

If I cancel an event and cannot provide a suitable alternative, you will receive a refund of the amount paid for that event.

I am not responsible for additional costs such as travel, accommodation or childcare unless the law requires otherwise.

12. One-to-one sessions

One-to-one sessions may include mindfulness, writing, journalling, creativity, mentoring-style conversation or other activities described at the time of booking.

Bookings are personal to the person named in the booking and may not be transferred without agreement.

Rescheduling and cancellation:

Unless different terms are shown when booking:

  • You may reschedule or cancel without charge by giving at least 48 hours’ notice

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be refundable

  • Missed appointments are not normally refundable

  • I may use reasonable discretion in cases of illness, emergency or exceptional circumstances

If I need to cancel, I will offer a rearranged appointment or a full refund.

Please arrive promptly. A late arrival may result in a shorter session so that later appointments are not disrupted.

13. Community spaces

A membership or course may include access to a private online group, discussion area or community space.

Participants must communicate respectfully. You must not:

  • Bully, threaten, harass or discriminate against another person

  • Post hateful, abusive, sexually explicit or unlawful material

  • Share another participant’s personal information or story outside the group without permission

  • Send unsolicited advertising or repeatedly promote unrelated services

  • Impersonate another person

  • Deliberately spread dangerous or misleading information

  • Use the community to provide unqualified medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice

Community discussions should be treated as private, but I cannot guarantee that another participant will keep information confidential. Please use care when deciding what personal information to share.

I may moderate or remove material and may suspend or remove a participant who breaks these rules.

14. Wellbeing disclaimer

My courses, memberships, writing prompts, mindfulness practices, voice notes, workshops and one-to-one sessions are intended to support creativity, personal reflection and general wellbeing.

They are not:

  • Medical care

  • Psychotherapy or counselling

  • Mental-health treatment

  • Crisis support

  • Diagnosis

  • Legal or financial advice

  • A substitute for support from an appropriately qualified professional

You remain responsible for deciding whether an activity is suitable for you. You may pause or stop a practice at any time.

No particular personal, creative, wellbeing, financial or professional outcome is promised.

If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, please seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

15. Guest contributors and external services

Courses, memberships or events may occasionally include a guest contributor.

Unless stated otherwise, guest contributors are responsible for their own opinions and services. Their participation does not mean that I endorse every statement, product or service they may offer.

The website may contain links to external websites or services. I am not responsible for their availability, content, security or privacy practices. You should review their terms and policies before using them.

16. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights in this website and in the materials I create belong to me, Soft Rebel Publishing Ltd, or the relevant licensed owner.

Protected material may include:

  • Books and extracts

  • Stories, poems and articles

  • Course material

  • Membership content

  • Voice notes and audio recordings

  • Meditations

  • Videos

  • Worksheets and journal prompts

You may use purchased or freely supplied materials for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, translate, publish, sell, licence, teach from or commercially exploit my material without prior written permission.

You may not record a live session unless I and everyone identifiable in the recording have expressly agreed.

17. Material you submit

Where you post, upload or send material as part of a course, membership or community, you retain ownership of your original work.

You give me only the limited permission reasonably needed to display, store or share that material within the relevant service.

I will not publish your personal writing, artwork, testimonial or story publicly for marketing purposes without your permission.

You must ensure that material you submit:

  • Is your own or that you have permission to use it

  • Does not infringe another person’s rights

  • Does not contain unlawful or harmful material

  • Does not reveal another person’s private information without permission

18. Testimonials

I will only use an identifiable testimonial, review, image or personal story in my marketing where I have an appropriate lawful basis to do so.

You may withdraw permission for future use by contacting me. This will not necessarily require the withdrawal of printed material that has already been produced or posts that cannot reasonably be recalled.

19. Availability and technical problems

I aim to keep the website and online services available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Access may occasionally be interrupted because of:

  • Maintenance

  • Internet or hosting problems

  • Changes made by Wix, Systeme.io or another service provider

  • Security concerns

  • Events outside my reasonable control

  • Updates and improvements

Where a technical problem materially prevents access to something you have purchased, please contact me. I will take reasonable steps to restore access or provide an appropriate alternative or remedy.

20. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Breach of consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded

Subject to the above, I am not responsible for a loss that:

  • Was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made

  • Was caused by information or instructions you supplied

  • Resulted from your failure to follow reasonable instructions

  • Arose from use of material for a purpose for which it was not designed

  • Was caused by an event outside my reasonable control

If you use a product or service for business or commercial purposes, I will not be responsible for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, anticipated savings or business data, except where the law says otherwise.

These Terms do not remove any remedies available to you under consumer law.

21. Personal information

I handle personal information in accordance with my Privacy Policy, which is available through the footer of my website.

Third-party providers such as Wix, Systeme.io and payment processors may also process information in order to host the website, manage accounts, deliver products, send communications or process payments.

22. Events outside reasonable control

I will not be responsible for a delay or failure caused by an event outside my reasonable control.

This may include serious illness, bereavement, extreme weather, transport disruption, power or internet failure, industrial action, government restrictions, failure of a platform or supplier, or another event that could not reasonably have been prevented.

I will take reasonable steps to reduce the effects of the disruption and will contact affected customers where appropriate.

23. Complaints

Please contact me first if you are unhappy with a product, service or experience. I will aim to respond fairly and within a reasonable period.

Email: info@abigailyardimci.com

Please include:

  • Your name

  • The email address used for the purchase

  • Your order or booking details

  • A clear explanation of the problem

Nothing in this section affects your legal rights or your ability to seek independent consumer advice.

24. Changes to these Terms

I may update these Terms to reflect changes in my services, business practices or legal obligations.

The version applying to a particular purchase will normally be the version available when that purchase was made, unless a change must apply for legal, regulatory or security reasons.

The latest version will be published on this website with its updated date.

For an ongoing membership, I will give reasonable notice of a material change that significantly affects your rights or the service you receive.

25. If part of these Terms is invalid

If a court or other competent authority finds that part of these Terms is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.

A delay in enforcing a right under these Terms does not mean that the right has been waived.

26. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from the mandatory consumer protections and courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.
